Supply Process:
Harvesting: Carefully uprooted and cleaned after maturity (7–9 months post-sowing)
Boiling & Drying: Fingers are boiled, then sun-dried for several days to lock in color and aroma
Sorting & Grading: Based on size, color, dryness, and quality
Polishing: Optional mechanical polishing for improved appearance (as per market demand)
Testing & Documentation: Lab-tested for curcumin percentage, aflatoxin level, and microbial content
Packing: Done in hygienic conditions with tamper-proof seals
Shipping: Sea cargo in dry containers or air shipments for urgent orders
Export Certificates: Includes Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Test Reports, FSSAI/APEDA compliance
